Is the closure rate out of line for a city as big as NY?? What bothers me is the notations that the small business owners are being pushed out due to GREED of the land owners and developers. Is NYC going to be a haven for only the wealthy??I have a niece who is an actress living on the lower east side who was now forced out due to a doubling of her rent. I am an outsider- what has Bloomberg done to cause this ????
