If im not mistaken..

The original screenplay which had clamenza written in the modern Part 2 story, saw the betrayal of michael by clamenza. This was most likely replaced by fredo's storyline of betrayal,since castellanno was not hired due to his huge financial demands.

Does anyone have that screenplay?
