We used to have Olive Garden in Canada, but they probably had all closed by the end of the 1990's. The breadsticks are the menu item I particularly remember. There is one on Powerline Road not too far from my parents condo in Deerfield Beach, but we haven't been there. Usually eat Rotelli's or Maggianos in South Florida for corporate Italian food (for lack of a better term) I've never eaten there. But I have eaten at the Macaroni Grill down in Boca. I'm told they're similar but I have no frame of reference. Is that the one on Military Trail near Glades?

Someone mentioned chicken parm.
That is a realitively new thing.
If you have a Trader Joe's handy, they have a pretty darned good pre-cooked (not frozen) chicken parmesan entree.

They used to have a commercial, where cousin Giorgio came from Italy and they wanted him to feel at home so they brought him to olive garden.
"And then he shot us" my mother would deadpan every time it came on.
All God's children are not beautiful. Most of God's children are, in fact, barely presentable.
I never met anyone who didn't have a very smart child. What happens to these children, you wonder, when they reach adulthood?
