Sheerin was apparently friends with Hoffa and was in the car to put him at east, typical mob style.
I believe the story was they took him to a house in Detroit and shot him there.
They searched the house a couple years ago but didn't find any blood.
Of course that doesn't mean anything. They searched the basement where the Spilotros were murdered years ago and didn't find anything either, though that is where it happened.
