That was one of the most brutal fight scenes ever filmed, Yogi. Unfortunately, the movie pretty much sucked. And I had high hopes for it because it was based on George V. Higgins's "Cogan's Trade," which is a classic in post-modern crime fiction.

I think the problem was that they should have left it a period pice and set it in the '70s. When I read Higgins today he brings back that decade so vividly that I can practically smell the polyester whistle.
