It's funny because I was just telling my daughter after the 2nd debate on Friday, that GW wasn't as much of an (fill in the blank) :p and commented that maybe he was "wired". 
The picture however, must be from the first debate because he was standing in the first debate and was simply awful. If he was getting coached then, they sure picked the wrong person to feed him the lines.

The photo in question was from debate #1. Even I, as a true die-hard Bush loather, find it hard to believe that he could be
that stupid. Wait a second, he is one of the all-time dumbest to be in the Oval, but I don't believe it was actually a wire.
But just the fact that he and his staff have to waste their time on it gives me a good chuckle.
