I agree it sounds ridiculous. But if you read the full stories: first the Bush team said it was a doctored photo, then they said it was a rumpled suit. Which is it? This story got a brief mention this morning on a Sunday talk show.
Maybe its some bonafide secret service security device that they can't talk about?
