This is bu*lsh*t,there were same articles how Serbian Mafia threw out 'Ndrangheta etc,sure albanians operate in north italy but with % giving to local mafia groups.They do work together and partnership is really successful(Not only 'Ndrangheta,but Sicilin Mafia too,Sacra Corona Unita,famous Bar-Bari route)Today Turks supply Albanians and Albanians supply Italians with heroin.Albanian Mafia is highly overrated.They are main suppliers of drugs to Balkan,i have friend who is a drug dealer from Kosovo u get 100g of weed for 85 euros,and later here(Belgrade,Serbia) it goes by 1g=5 euros.
