They have the ones that look more like regular loafers/wing tips,but they only add 2 & 1/2 " to your actual height.Taking a look at pictures and footage of Scarfo walking with/standing around near other crew members and how he "measures up",so to speak,I think that those were probably his choice.That would be a stealthy way to bring him up to a full 5' 7 1/2"----closer to average height.
