Stopping this raunch culture of codeine drinking, violent, women assaulting, money obsessed punks starts with its own community. As an average white guy on the street it's not my fuckin fault that African Americans as a whole make up half the prisons, achieve the least out of every major ethnic group, and are naming their kids the most ridiculous things like "Shaquanda" or "Marquez"

But seriously your right that it's the community that have to get itself in shape. As far the rest, the prison population isn't half black, it's an historic understatement to say we're the least achieve and who it's only the parent(s) fault the outlandish names. Overall though its a problem every ethnicity community, you have your struggle and so do I.
