I heard Ramona is now acting capo of her fiancee's crew and thats why shes not on mob wives anymore. Looks like shes taking her role seriously. lol
I read they wanted Alicia DiMichele on the show really bad and part of the deal to get her was that Karen Gravano had to go. I think Ramona either quit or got fired along with Karen Gravano and Carla.
Pretty sure that Alicia's husband Edward “Tall Guy” Garofalo is the son of Eddie the Ch ink Garofalo who Karens father Sammy the Bull had killed.
