I remember always hearing about how much influence he had over the so called blue collar faction but this really expands into that well. The Aurelio crew, gennaro crew, petey pumps crew, ruggiano and Fatico crews all were at the very least influenced by Neil no wonder caste llano felt he needed to make him underboss. I would compare him to Nicky corozzo today, very similar amount of influence considering all the capos now who came up under the brothers. All in all great post man
