Imperial Insane are an individual branch and the same for Insanes. There are four branches with that title: Cicero, Imperials, Mafia, and regular Insane. Mafia Insane are the largest of the four and Dub Is have around 250 members according to the recent case. But that's in Chicago not counting the membership in other states.
