no u went to jail! once convicted you go to county house of correction or state prison, or fed custody,bc u get locked up a night or two doesnt mean u went to prison lol cmon fellah
In Latvia you go first to jail, for 48 hours, after that you go to court and the judge decides to hold you on arrest or to release you. If you're kept in arrest, then you go to Riga Central Prison. This one is where I was and where everyone until law court does their time -
