Using names of mobsters still living? Like there's a few on here using names of mobsters who are still alive and active, not doing life. How do u feel on that? I think they should just use ones that aren't living or doing life personally, kind of like Nicky Scarfo, Dellacroce, and a few others on here, who are doing it the right way in my view.

does anyone have any pics of scarfo from the past 10 years or so? i would love to see what he looks like right now they got a picture of Gotti a few months before he passed away badly disfigured from surgery for his throat canncer, so im sure theres pics out there of Scarfo but i doubt we would be able to get our hands on it.

Sure there was a character based on him. Paulie, played by James Russo. They gave in and changed the name, but that was it. Cerasani lost the motion in court.

As far as members using real life mobsters names who are still alive and not in jail, let them. I will draw the line when one of those members pretends to be that gangster. That is where the real trouble will be in my honest opinion.
