(CNN) -- No charges will be filed against George Zimmerman after an alleged altercation with his estranged wife and her father, Lake Mary, Florida, Police Chief Steve Bracknell said Monday. "Shellie Zimmerman has declined prosecution (after consulting with her attorney)," Bracknell said.
Her attorney has obviously managed to find an angle out of this and is using it.
In Fla there is a seperate court for Domestic Vviolence with its own rules. More than 50% of the time the battered spouse diecides not to press charges.
O'Mara already said publicly he won't represent him again.
