Im pretty sure the only active pittsburgh lcn guy left is sonny ciancutti. He runs a pretty big gambling ring and theres been a couple of cases against him over the years. But as for any structured family in pittsburgh, its been pretty dead for a while now. They kind of went the same way as the bufalinos where they stopped making guys and the only guy left is the boss who still tries to do his own thing.
