Pitera, hands down. Proficient in Martial arts and a tendency to cut bodies up. Tommy Karate has got to be one of the most dangerous ones.

This is true, but if Gangi wouldn't have ever flipped, Pitera might still be out on the streets collecting more notches in his pistol
Pitera would of felt right at home with the DeMeo crew. All of them including Tommy Karate are or were serial killers. I think they all got their rocks off on killing people. They seem to have really enjoyed it.
