It has always baffled me how the Juarez cartel has been able to stay in the game and hold on to their power with overwhelming odds stacked against them. Most of their manpower are the local young adults/street gangs that will kill for 30 bucks for money and short lived fame. Still over 10,000 deaths and Sinaloa still hand the corrupt police that suport then still haven't rooted them out.
