Less than 2 weeks to the kick off of the most wonderful time of year. Yes my friends, I am talking good ole fashioned SEC College football! So much to discuss and so little time!!

First off, Whats the odds of us taking another National Championship? I'd Give us a 90% probability that one of our teams will be in. If the west wins the SEC championship whether its Bama Or LSU, I pretty much guarantee another Trophy to add to the dynasty of the south. I say this in regards to the up front run you over mentality that these two teams possess.
If the Winner of the SEC comes from the East, I give it a 85% chance that we still take home the big one.
Personally, I would rather see one SEC team play in the NC versus a non SEC team, just for the pure enjoyment of shutting up the rest of the nation.
I gladly take any constructive criticism or see where the rest of this board stands, just dont expect me to get into a pissing contest with anyone, im just not that much of an internet wiseguy.

I agree, whoever wins the West will win the National Title. That would probably stand for the East Division as well if they win in Atlanta.

Still counting down the days here, we should be at 8 with the first game (Thursday night game) and 11 until Alabama football. Can't wait!!!

I got a feeling that Ohio State with sneak into the NC because their conference is TRASH...easy pickings for whichever SEC team ends up against them, Ole boy Urban won't be able to out coach them that's why he left the SEC in the first place.

Yep Urban already faked a heart attack to get out of the SEC, I would love nothing more to face that p.o.s. in the title game and straight embarrass him.

I hate Urban Meyer as much as anyone but he did win 2 national titles at Florida. So, to say he couldn't make it in the SEC doesn't make much sense.

When he saw that his recruits were gone and little Timmy Tebow was done with his career, he jumped ship knowing that Florida was going to be mediocre in the SEC. Then he went to an easier conference after he told the world that he was done with college football....he did what Nicky Boy Saban did to LSU

I remember this time last year I was in Metairie working Isaac. Talked my boss into letting me cut out of our meetings to run to the Hilton at the Airport in Kenner where we were staying. Had no A/C in the rooms as we just got the power back on and all those rooms were inside, watched us whoop Michigan in a 85 degree hotel room.......LOL

I'm pretty sure we have them in the night game. whether its 630, 7 or 8, I'm not sure. It will be on ESPN though. This will be the game to see how we will do this year. Either it will be a last minute loss or we will slaughter them. Too many "ifs" right now for me to be sure. We will find out if the defense has been reloaded and If Mett can live up to what they say he will be doing with Cam Cameron....either way I wouldn't dump money on LSU, we always find a way of not covering the spread.

What are y'all like 20 point favorites vs VT? I would think y'all cover that easily.

I haven't heard but I'm sure it is high. They have a starting WR and DB out I think and possibly a RB, and their line combined has like 27 starts with a True Freshman at LT. It shouldn't be close.

I somehow missed this post during the week. I thought week one we were so-so, back to business in week 3 though. Have been sick as a dog but yesterday helped some. Bama/LSU should be good again!

Texas A&M's offense is for real. Their defense is like shredded cheese. I imagine Les will dial up a ton of run plays, stay on the field and you beat A&M.
