Wasn't the Anthony Mascatiello that was associated with Gotti shot and killed trying to shake down a Manhattan bar??? Also, Is Miami Subs a sandwich chain ?? We used to have one in my town- the only one I've ever seen- and it closed a couple times and then burned down under suspicious circumstances- I am just curious
