Not yet, but he's definitely a problem and weak link for Walt.
Throwing millions out of your car isn't illegal but he might have some explaining to do to the tax man. He should say he just found it and didn't want to keep it so he thought it would be cool to spread some love around the poor section of town.
The actor who plays Jesse was asked on TMZ about a possible BB movie but he said there will be nobody left alive to make any movie. Not sure if he was kidding or seriously meant it. I hope he was serious and the final scene is Walt going out like Scarface Tony Montana.
2 episodes down and just 6 left, this is going to be good.
And walt buying that trunk full of machine gun and ammo is a perfect setup for that scarface ending.
