Ali/Liston II in Lewiston, Maine. Liston was dropped by the famous anchor punch. He was managed by mobsters, Frankie Carbo and Blinky Palermo. Look at Liston struggling to get up- looks fake to me.
I've read that many of Primo Carnera's fights were fixed by the mob. Carnera/Sharkey II was Primo's best win, imo. Was it fixed, or was Carnera good enough to win the lineal heavyweight title?
You shit-kicking, stinky, horse-manure-smelling motherfucker you! If you ever get out of line over there again, I'll smash your fucking head so hard you won't be able to get that cowboy hat on. You hear me? Fucking hick. -Nicky (Casino)

Whether Liston threw it or not i don't think he would've won anyway. Sonny is a top 5 HW for me, but that was the prime Ali who i think was the best ever fighter and who hadd just knocked Liston out the year before.
