Well prohibition helped this thing get rolling.Then we had war ,Then we had a recession .cops had no technology .only fingerprints .recessions help this thing ...So i guess what i am saying that since 2006 ..2007we have been in a recession so with out lots of jobs ,we have a war,so maybe it time for this. Need Bright young gangsters my make a comeback if they can slowdown not try to get rich over night.They need to stay in what they r good at.How can u come in and be a bank robber a drug trafficker a hit man a whitecoller crime guy,a shylocker loanshark, bookie..get what i am saying slow down learn hom your craft,,,
