Richie Aprile would be problematic in your lineup. He was Jackie's older brother and would want the top spot for himself. I'd have uncle jun as boss with Richie and Feech running blue-collar operations and Jackie and Barese in charge of the white-collar part of the family. The 5th crew in the family would be the original Tony Soprano crew from 1999 involved in businesses they were involved back then.

IMO Corrado "Junior" Soprano was boss material, his only problem was that he didn't have the support of the new guard (Tony, Altieri, Larry) but with Richie and Feech behind his back he would have much more authority. We know that Richie respected him and Feech would probably give him much more respect than Tony as well.
