Anyone have digital music on their tv? I have Time Warner and must admit they have a huge variety of music to choose from, all commercial free (ie (Rock, classic rock, golden oldies, stage/screen, C&W, jazz, swing, easy listening blues). Of course I'm listening RAP. NOT!!!!!!!!

Ya in jersey we have the optimum network and they have all those music channels up in like the 900s is that what your talking about? Ya they have all the different types of music and at least a hundred channels to chose from, great for if your having a party and want some background music or if your just trying to rock out on a sunday afternoon .

Yep,that's it and it's the 900s here too. I can't imagine there isn't something for everyone.

I don't get to go on the yacht, only Mr. Babe! LOL

I'm leaving work early today, and picking up a pizza, a gallon of lemonade and a half gallon of chocolate ice cream. My little friends are coming over to swim, and my wife has an appointment and my kids are either working or at the beach, so someone has to be home when they get here.

Wow, those kids are gonna love you. You'd be a great neighbor to have. Have fun Kly. You sound like a real gem.

I had to drive to York very early today, a 40 minute trip. I hit it perfectly as my radio station played Reeling in the Years, Lola, Freebird, Revolution, and Stairway to Heaven in a row.

I'll gladly share the pizza and lemonade, TIS, but they'll have to fight me for the ice cream. It's a good excuse to skip out of work on a beautiful day. Apparently though I may have to get an extra pizza as my wife called me a minute ago to say that their 2 cousins are visiting them and will be stopping by with them.

Speaking of pizza, my wife is almost half-way through her vacation. So, tonight I'm going across town to see my granddaughters. We're going to make pizza together. I've been making pizza with my grandkids since they were little. They're hitting the tween years, so they are not that little any more. But they still enjoy doing it. Can't wait.

I grew up with homemade pizza. Many times when my mom made her weekly 8 loaves of Italian bread, she'd make pizza for dinner or a snack. I never had take-out pizza til I was a teenager and then was shocked at how think the crust was. I have made homemade pizza before BUT it's been a lot of years since. (btw we ALWAYS had it with anchovies. Try to find someone who wants to share a pizza with anchovies. LOL

In the theme of how things have progressed. When I was in MI I was talking to my Aunt who told me she had her great grand kids over and asked them if they wanted popcorn. They said the did, but they were confused when she took out a pan, put oil in it and cooked over the stove til the corn started popping. They looked over the stove amazed. They have only had the microwavable popcorn.

Yes TIS, things have changed. But I taught the grandkids about making pizza as soon as they were old enough to understand. They love to crush the tomatoes. We don't grate the mozzrella anymore; that's one concession to progress and we use Boboli pizza crust. By the way, I love anchovies.

OMG! Mick Jagger turns 70 today. Anyone remember the interview from 100 years ago in which Mick says he can't see himself doing this beyond 30? The Stones gotta be 2nd only to the Beatles (and it's close)of my favorite "English Invasion" group. Rock on Mick!!!!

Well, his age finally caught up with his looks.

Well, Stones were never known for a good looking group but yea Oli, they have definitely aged.

Off to Scotland for a week tomorrow..off work for 2 weeks. Happy times
