My good buddy Antonio in Rockford, IL had an Uncle who was an Undertaker Vice Lord and was a Chief Rank Universal 2 Star. Whatever the hell that means but according to Antonio he was in charge of his own group like your saying Black Family. The only supreme leader I've ever heard of was Willie Lloyd and I think he was CVL, but ended up getting clipped by his own People supposedly. I'm thinking of another guy who was like really young around the same time who was trying to take control from Willie Lloyd when he was locked. Forgot his name though.
