That's true, but the regulations in Jersey are still easier to beat than in New York where they're getting impossible. Especially the recycling end of the business

But to be perfectly honest, it's only a matter of time before the government tightens up the regulations on that side of the bridge, too. But in the meantime, half-a-dozen or so guys are cutting up a fortune in paper contracts. Same handful of guys who were
getting rich from garbage twenty years ago are
staying rich in recycling today. That old saying
money goes to money?
It's even truer in the street than it is in legitimate business.
