I must say your on fire this week with these post Scorsese. If he identified as prince of mississippi then that would mean he holds the 2nd highest ( or 3rd) rank in the simon city royals here. Then he's networking with the chicago leadership which also means that some chicago gangs are still organized.
the smaller you mob the better you're able to control it
it wouldn't be smart to try to call it for 1000 people
it's easier to control 100-200 people and you can have bail money for your guys
