To me it basically come downs to...was this case worth the 10 to 15 years they put into the Ligambi guys. That time and money could have been used on much better crimes. And now we pay for him to stay in jail for 15 years. Was it worth it? Especially when the city of philadelphia has casinos and you can bet on sports right down the street in delaware...not to mention AC down the road. To me, its hypocritical to give this guys 16 years. Like others said, what about the non street guys who take advatange of people everday with these banks and shit. It just doesn't add up to me. Thats my point. Its not just about Mousie. He was a carree criminal but did serve time for his prior crimes. And to beat the other charges but still found guilty on racketeering conspiracty doesn't make much sense to me.
