Interesting. Capeci said that it was likely he would take over when he got out but now hes the real boss and Defiore is underboss/street boss. Could be good for Defiore could be bad for Mancuso because as we have seen before; feds are not scared to indict when the guys already locked up.
Mancuso probably wanted to lock up the posistion before someone else tried taking it before his release.
