maybe these guys are sick/terminally ill, Massino and Casso, and that could be why they get released.
Didn't Angiulo get kicked a couple years early too..?
As far as Casso goes there are plenty of prisons with medical facilities at them like Butner i think has one, Devlin, and MCFP Springfield(The United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners). No way they send a guy doing multiple life sentences at ADX Florence to any local CCM. I just can't figure this one out.
