hes a shooter. Bronx/n queens guy i think. Moved a lot of coke and weed. Owns gyms in manhattan and LI. He was close to Basciano/Tony Walker but idk who he was officially with. So, Piscotti's behavior there, including the assault, was seen as disrespect to the Horse himself. And that's a sitdown Pisciotti wasn't going to win, member or no member. Is it true he was a capo? I somehow doubt that. He was acting captain for the DeFilippo crew from 2005-2007.
