Why would anyone mess around in north Philly when there is plenty of action in s Philly and s jersey and Delaware. Not to be cruel but let them police and jail themselves in n Philly . The Phila crew may be sideways but they know to stay away of the north ... there is more heat up there now than ever - I.e. savage

You are right on N Philly.....that area is a 3rd world country right here in the US and it is crazy how the politicians ignore what is going on there. I mean you could buy a house there for $1, but who would want to try and fix it up, if you put appliances in they would be gone an hour after you hooked it up, if the city govt came in and did kind of what they are doing in some parts of detroit they could get rid of all that blight there and then it may show progress......no philly will never improve...until the people there and the politicians stop being so PC...feel sorry for the kids raised there its not their faults
