If i recall correctly i think Leonetti said Scarfo wasnt at his sons birthday but imagine if he was and he saw the dinosaur he would of told Phil and Larry Merlino " Go get that dinosaur and when you do its this " than make the sign of the gun with his hand, I wonder if they would of worked that into a rico.
