MONTREAL - Police say they've dismantled a narcotics ring that's allegedly linked to Rizzuto rival Raynald Desjardins.
Armed with some 20 arrest warrants, officers launched pre-dawn raids Wednesday on nearly two-dozen locations in Montreal and northern suburbs, including a warehouse where police say drugs were stashed.
