Until the 80s, the American Mafia was much respected and feared, but today it is a a shadow of its was, what would happen if a member of a gang, I take the example of a Russian or a black , whack a made man, without authorization ?

Well even before 80's i don't think mobsters were going to black ghettos or so,they doesn't give a fuck who you are.

But to answer thead question,well i think they would kill made man without authorization.

what will do his family? would put a bounty on who killed him?
If a Russian whack a Genovese soldier,what will happen?

I think that families take revenge anyway, even if today are weaker than in the 80s. Families would lose the respect they has left. Genovese Family has the ability to start a war, but today no one wants war, the feds will be more relentless.

They will revange that's for sure,families still have a lot of guys that are capable to kill,but they doesn't kill like they did,because today its really hard to get away with murder.(+rats)

I think its more of a question of who gets whacked. If it was a guy who wasn't well liked or "deserved it" then retaliation might well be an afterthought.

I think something would have to be done. Whether it's a killing, or some substantial act of force. A crime organization runs by fear and intimidation. If they don't at least reciprocate, I can't imagine them lasting very long.

Mostly I think revenge would be made. Unless the made guy really deserved it from the view of his crime family.

I think it's common sense, the same if an Italian mobster would shoot a black guy or a Russian. Someone would be out there to make revenge with or without the okay of the higher up's.

families are so messed up today I doubt their would be much blow-back at all, they would all just fight over the remains of the deceased businesses.
