I have mixed feelings about Kill Bill. I think the plot is great, and I just love the action sequences. But then there's my point about the music. Using popmusic instead of letting a compser compose a full soundtrack for you is ok with me, but using soundtracks from other movies like The Good, The Bad And Ugly is to me just unethical, considering the fact that QT, as a filmbuff wanted to make his own "tribute".
