Staten Island/Miami Jerry Chilli - with the Gambino's. never from Sonny Red's crew. From what I understand he was closely aligned with Don Carlo and his early friends the Riccobene bros (John (Deported after Appalachian and Staten Island Joe). Miami since the 70's, still is from what I understand

The Chilli brothers were originally from Lower East Side and members of the Bonanno Family. Joseph Chilli was made in 1977, Gerry some years later. According to Pistone´s book, the Chilli brothers were part of the three captain´s faction and most likely tied to Sonny Red. Never heard the Chillis were close to the Riccobonos. Would be interesting to know... where does that info come from?

Yeah, I'm not sure where Allday27 gets the idea Chilli is with the Gambinos. He's a well known Bonanno member who's been around for years.

As recently as 2009, he was cited as a Bonanno captain in the case involving his crew down in Florida.

Vinny TV was acting boss. Once he was indicted, he no longer held that position. You can't be acting boss from prison and there's no guarantee that he'll resume that position when he gets out. So you have the current ruling panel, which is effectively 3 acting bosses.

There are speculations of this crew split in two sometime around 2002 due to animosity between DeFilippo and Vincent Basciano who was given his own crew with some DeFilippo and Brooklyn/Queens soldiers joining. Mancuso, Montagna and some few others however, seems to have stayed with DeFilippo.

Personally, i dont doubt Mancuso is heavy enough to be consulted and give his support for certain decisions. But that doesnt make him a boss. Iv said for a long time the heaviest guy on the street is rabito. Hes probly only on a ruling panel bc of his duty.

There were a gaggle of connected Bonanno guys in the Bronx, too. But that crew is just about extinct.
