As bad as Richie Aprile was, and he was bad (and likely could kick his ass), but he wasn't quite as bad as Ralphie. But what about Mustang Sally? Yes we only got to see him in one episode in which he easily displayed his brutality toward women, bludgeoned someone with a golf club and unremorsefully said he'll 'yell fore' next time, calling his godfather (though behind his back) a 'f---in old man' and it's been said he threw a hot dog vendor from the rafters at the Meadowlands for putting too much mustard. Had he been on or near as many episodes as Ralphie would he have been able to top HIS resume that's highlighted by unremorsefully going 'Gladiator' on the Bing's bouncer, killing Tracee with his bare hands but not before laughing in the window at Sylvio beating her outside his house? Pound-for-pound, I mean EPISODE-per-EPISODE, who's the lower life scum of scum?
