Did anyone catch that first question in which the governor simply replied "no?" TIS
The only thing I heard was civil liberties.
I thought I heard bits & pieces about "If I.... putting hands down my pants." LMAO I know!! The way the Governor replied led me to believe it was a sarcastic question.
