ny daily news says that no suspects have been arrested yet. Police might just have arrested a few poeple they felt were acting suspicious or something after the blast which is understandable if they have found more undetonated ones.
Police haven't said they've arrested anyone.
I heard the report of the arrest too but you're right Boston Mayor said NO arrests have been made. Our media is reporting off the cuff it seems.
