George Lopez and Dave Chapelle get my vote. Ellen Degeneres standup is pretty good too.

Anyone here like Dane Cook? He's hilarious.
"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."

He is hilarious! Also some others: Jerry Seinfeld; Jay Mohr; Dennis Miller; and Tom Papa (though his sitcom sucks).

George Carlin is with-out a doubt, the greatest stand up comedian ever! "Your All Diseased" and "What the hell am I doing In New Jersey" are my favorite concerts of his.
Honorable Mentions: Richard Pryor, Chris Rock, Robin Williams (Who'se your diaper daddy?), Bill Maher.

The stand up on commedy central is NOT FUNNY! I habve never seen any stand up on comedy central that was anything more than jokes,"Yep, I'm wearing my orange shirt today, I like this shirt, its orange[laugh track]" or women standup, which is utter crap, IMO.I have NEVER seen any woman do good standup.

First of all, Comedy Central is a great place to get good stand up comedy. Second of all, while I do not prefer women comics there are many good ones. Ellen Degeneres and Kathleen Madigan are a couple off the top of my head.

John Pinette. http://www.johnpinette.com Check out the video clip. He's the fat guy who was in the final Seinfeld epsiode, and is probably most famous for his "Chinese restaurant buffet" routine ("You here four hour. You scare my wife. You go now" (Somehow I accidentally had this posted in the "favorite comics" thread instead of here
