people might see that and think its a joke, but its true. i believe that their police force was just so ineffective and broke, that they are in the process of scrapping the whole damn thing. i think that they have sheriffs from other counties, as well as state police picking up the slack for now until they can figure out how to fix the problem, good luck with that!i remember our family trip to the camden aquarium sometime in the early 90's, a real culture shock, thats for sure!
