Didn't the Feds say for years that the Cleveland family was dead? Haven't they made new members over the years. Still small but haven't they got about 10 -15 guys now or no?

I think that was more a less a couple of individuals connected out of Clevland that Billy D owed money too, and not so much a family.
Exactly. Fratto dealing with some guys there doesn't mean there's anything approaching a formally structured, viable family.
