The feds don't seem to think so.

And, in my opinion, it's hard to argue any family that doesn't meet the two simple parts that make up RICO...a continuing pattern of criminal activity in behalf of an organization. Cleveland has neither.

I heard the Genovese are now answering to the Pittsburgh family. You guys have the LCN power structure all wrong. Pittsburgh is so secretive everyone thought they were dead for years. Just how they wanted it.
