They still have social clubs. They just are very careful to not conduct illegal business in them anymore. But they still hang out together. Remember these social clubs are kept very exclusive still.

There's the Gemini Social Club in the North End of Boston, many made guys and associates can be seen coming and going there each day...Aside from Social Clubs there are regular bars and strip joints to have get-to-gethers

Kearny is all hispanic and white trash. Like all the nhoods that the sopranos were filmed in were like that. All the italians with money moved out of neighborhoods like bville and kearny. Nutleys like montclair and verona, nice hoods, lot of italians. Everybody i know from belleville thinks theyre hot shit. Gets annoying, they think its the hb of north jersey

It's a nice hardworking blue collar town but some areas have million dollar houses ( Belgrove ave ) as shown in opening scenes of sapranos

Belleville got a lil rough near the Newark border but its nice near the nutley border

Belleville is really a case of 2 different towns, one darker and one still with alot of Italians.

Nutley is still very nice , high taxes a reason and has one of best public schools in the state

Yep, belleville is divided like north and south, silver lake (idk why its called silver lake) is the south part i think, that hood was notorious for its tough guys but now its going down hill. The north, like u said is much nicer. And yes, ur right the western part of kearny, close to the river banks is still very nice. More towards the eastern side, is a good portion hispanic with a lot of lkings. And in the middle, its almost gentrifying to a point. Nutleys very nice neighborhood, everyone knows each other.
