Suppostley Nicky Slick shot the guy in front of a bunch of people how could he be framed for this.
I've read the same thing, and that he was a pretty violent guy in general. He had done time for car jacking and other violent outbursts before this. And isn't he the guy who threatened to kill his lawyer during a case?
