While I've always loved corned beef (well, pastrami even moreso), I never got into the thought of the cabbage part. That is, until a couple years ago when I tried it for the first time and thought it was great!

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol
