Looks like actress Valerie Harper (best known as 'Rhoda' on the "Mary Tyler Moore" show) will be joining the list this year. It's being reported that the 73 year has inoperable brain cancer and may have less than three months to live.
I am so sorry to hear that. Can you imagine? Bad enough knowing it's terminal but 3 months is NOT long at all. My God,how do you deal with and/or plan for your last 3 months? Valerie says she's not thinking of dying. She's thinking of living. Boy, great attitude. I don't think I could do it.
Anyway, her Rhoda character is one of my all-time favorite tv characters.
